8 things to do when you're feeling down!

We all start to feel a lil crappy some days and need a pick me up! Whether we're having boy troubles or just general troubles here's things I find that cheer me up!

1. Have a bath and a nice cup of tea ๐Ÿ›☕️.
I don't care what anyone says, a bath always makes everything 100x better. If you're feeling poorly, bath. If you're feeling down, bath. If you're worrying about work, bath. A bath just simply makes everything better. Mostly because they can be so relaxing, and especially if you're not on your phone or anything in there, it just gives you a nice break from social media! Obviously depending on the bath bomb you use you're gonna have a different experience, but that's a whole other story. 

2. Cook yourself your favourite meal๐ŸŒญ๐ŸŸ๐ŸŒฏ๐Ÿฑ. No matter if it's breakfast, lunch or dinner or what time of the day it is.. Just make it and eat it! This is pretty much guaranteed to make you feel better, even if it's a  salad, especially if its a very carby one! No one can go wrong with a huge portion of smiley faces with spaghetti hoops (ahhh, childhood). 

3. Start reading a new book๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ›. Even if you're half way through an old one, start a new one! This tends to make my mind feel fresh and when I read it makes me forget about everything else! Authors I suggest are Gillian Flynn if you're feeling something Crime related (she's amaze), John green if you're feeling something lovey-dovey. Other trilogies which are gripping are Maze Runner & Hunger games. 

4. Find a new TV show, and binge watch the hell out of it๐Ÿ’ป๐ŸŽฅ๐Ÿฟ. Some shows which I've tried out before I've really just not been feeling, but others have had me obsessed from the pilot episode. It's either one or the other! A few weeks ago I discovered Scream, a Netflix original series and I was OBSESSED. other faves of mine are PLL (obvs), Scream Queens, Gossip Girl, 90210 and my new discovery, walking dead. 

6. Put your favourite play list on repeat๐ŸŽง๐Ÿ“ฑ. 
Nothing makes you feel sassier than dancing around in your pants to Beyoncรฉ for 3 continuous hours, crazy in love? My faves are Lily Allen and Kate Nash, love a sing song! 

7. Surround yourself with the people you love๐Ÿ‘ซ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿ‘ง๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘ด๐Ÿผ. 
Living away from home really is hard sometimes, but having such lovely friends where I do love is what helps me through! There's nothing worse than feeling crappy and having to sit through a lecture sitting with someone you don't particularity like. Invite your pals round for a cups, a sleepover or even just dinner! I'm sure they'll know how to make you feel better!

8. Do what you love to do the most๐ŸŠ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผ⛷๐ŸŒ๐ŸŽฎ.
This may seem pretty obvious, but I'm talking little things. If you love to go to the cinema on a Wednesday meerkat day, do it! If you love going to happy hour on a Monday at 5pm, go there. Or if you love to play a cheeky game of Sims (guilty), you create that family! treat yo'self!
