New Years resolutions 2016!


Now I know no-body ever sticks to these-me including but this year I am going to try my very hardest to stay as long as possible! There is only a few but these are things I know I need to start doing regularly!

1. Eat cleaner.
This is something I've been trying to do for a long long time and have failed. I always try and then go out for a night out and have a ghastly hangover the next day so don't want a healthy granola breakfast so I end up devouring a full english, feeling extremely guilty afterwards. I am also going to start blogging about what I've eaten in a day and try and eat more greens and mostly, meat that is grass fed. 

2. Find a cleanse, tone and moisture routine which is right for me. 
I've been trying to find a routine which suits my skin tone for a long time, one which doesn't break me out or make me oily within a few hours and keeps my skin looking mighty fine. I'm very close to finding one as I'm just testing it at the moment so I will be sharing it soon! 

3. Walk/Run more.
As I live a fair walk away from Uni I'm going to start walking to uni every day and not getting a cheeky cab back on some days. I'm also going to start running a long the beach one day a week with my house mates to improve my fitness and just because who doesn't love the beach?

4. Drink more water.
I have a serious drinking problem, and not the alcoholic one. I can go a whole day without drinking anything and not feel the least bit de-hydrated. So It's one of my resolutions to start drinking 2 litres of water a day minimum to flush my body through and keep me hydrated!

5. BLOG!
I've been a bit of a slacker recently when it comes to blogging as I've just had such a lot going on but this year I'm going to aim to upload 2-3 times a week and upload good content!
